NLNU is a voice for over 5,400 registered nurses working in Newfoundland and Labrador. Led by nurses and inspired by nurses, we campaign to ensure fair and equitable working conditions for members and the delivery of high quality health care.
We believe it is absolutely critical that the people who use our health care system understand the integral role of registered nurses in health care. Experience has proven that our campaigns have helped provide an outlet for the public to show support and demand for registered nursing care in all settings within our health care system.
We have engaged in a number of public awareness campaigns over the years.
